Okay, we are confused here. France? Although I recoil a bit from Walmart myself, my best friend shops there religiously - I don't judge. Target though is something I sorely miss (my inner consumer finds Canada sorely lacking in the true shopping experience)>
Target makes me feel bourgeois. It's like suburbia threw up and made us shop there.
